Developing Homes,
Restoring Hope

We create high-quality housing solutions for the homeless and mentally ill—because everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

"Real estate is the foundation — but our mission is rebuilding lives."

About Dayvon Ross Developments

Dayvon Ross - Founder and CEO

Dayvon Ross Developments is a Los Angeles-based real estate development firm focused on building transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and those living with mental health challenges. We don't just build structures—we build stability, dignity, and opportunity.

Founder Bio

Dayvon Ross, a former NFL player and South LA native, realized early that success meant more than fame or a paycheck it meant freedom, ownership, and legacy. Unfulfilled by the short-lived success of professional sports, he set out to build something lasting: generational wealth and opportunity. Today, he leads one of the nation's most successful real estate development firms, creating transformative housing solutions that not only rebuild communities but also redefine what true success looks like freedom, impact, and history in the making.

"Everyone deserves more than just a roof. They deserve a place to heal and grow."
